Named for the location of Neverland in Peter Pan, Second Star is truly a "dreams come true" project. The 17,000 square foot luxurious venue began as a remodel of an existing Timber-Frame structure.  The additions included an indoor swimming pool and sauna wing, a movie theater, and the third floor Neverland suite and playroom.  8 themed bedroom suites, 2 gourmet kitchens, 4 fireplaces, a library, and a game room complete the spaces.  An outdoor pizza oven and expansive decks provide further entertaining options and up close bay views.​
